Refund or Exchange Policy

Refund and Exchange policy for Perfetto Online Store is 7 days after receiving your order. After 7 days unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

How to complete a return:

Please notify Perfetto Online Store via email hallo@perfetto.co.za that the item need to be returned or exchanged.

The item must still be in its original packaging and item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. Please pack the item the same way you received it (bubble wrap,carton etc.)

Once the return is received, it will be inspected and we will send you an email to notify you that the refund/exchange was approved or rejected. If the return was approved a voucher will be issued to the value of the exchanged product .

Defective or Damaged items

Please notify Perfetto Online Store within 24 hours after order was received if any of the items was defective or damaged hallo@perfetto.co.za
